All gowns purchases in-store are Final Sale. All gowns purchases online must be returned within 7 days of receiving them, all other items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must have their original tag, free of any damage or signs of wear. Send us an email with your order number and the reason of your return. Include the original invoice when returning items. Email: email@example.com.
We do not charge a restocking fee; however, the client is responsible for any shipping fee for returned items.
GlowGirl boutique does not provide refunds for returned items. We accept returns for a Store Credit ONLY in the form of an e-gift card. The e-gift card is not transferable, and it will not have any expiration date.
GlowGirl boutique will issue an e-gift card after inspecting all the items.
Returned items not showing any signs of damage and/or wear – GlowGirl boutique will issue an e-gift card for the value of the returned items and any sales tax collected at the time of purchase. Shipping fees do not qualify for store credit.
Returned items showing signs of damage and/or wear – GlowGirl boutique holds the right to decline the return and notify the client. Damaged or items that show signs of wear will not be eligible for store credit.
